Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Siyam Chauffeur Service Dubai. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Siyam Chauffeur Service Dubai provides premium chauffeur services in Dubai, UAE, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers
• Hourly chauffeur hire
• Daily chauffeur hire
• City tours
• Monthly chauffeur hire

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 How to Book

2.2 Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We will confirm your booking via WhatsApp or phone.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Our standard rates are:

• Airport Transfer: AED 350
• Hourly Hire: AED 150 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
• Daily Hire: AED 1200 per day (12 hours)
• Monthly Hire: AED 30000 per month

Note: All prices are inclusive of fuel, tolls (Salik), and parking fees.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash (AED)
• Bank transfer
• Credit/Debit cards (where applicable)

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup
• 50% Charge: Cancellations made 2-6 hours before pickup
• 100% Charge: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup or no-shows

5. Wait Time

Airport Pickups: We provide 60 minutes complimentary wait time from flight landing.

Other Pickups: We provide 15 minutes complimentary wait time. Additional wait time will be charged at hourly rates.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• Not smoke in the vehicle
• Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle
• Ensure children are properly secured (car seats available upon request)

7. Luggage

Standard luggage allowance is included. Excess luggage must be declared at time of booking. We are not liable for lost or damaged luggage unless caused by our negligence.

8. Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service:

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic delays
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service
• All vehicles are fully insured as per UAE regulations

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher category if necessary. Changes to your booking must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints, please contact us immediately:

• After service: Contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
